The Process

1.) Contact us to set up a free in-house consultation with our designer. Call (423) 517-7190 or visit the showroom at 1816 Broad Street. The designer will come to your home to measure your space and take inventory of what you want to store and accomplish there. If you want it, we've got it - storage possibilities for everything from your closets to your laundry room, garage, pantry, or office. This visit will take 30 minutes to an hour.

2.) We will take these measurements and your thoughts back to our offices, where we will then design the space based on how you want to use it and what you need in it - shelves, drawers, baskets, etc.

3.) When the design is ready, we will contact you to come to the showroom and review the design in 3D. At this point we will tweak it together to get your essentials, luxuries, and budget just right. At the showroom you can also browse finishes and knobs to fit your style.

4.) We make an appointment to install the design. The actual installation usually takes less than one day and will be installed by Chattanooga Closet Company's own staff.
